We are pleased with Pawrade, although we must admit that we were lied to, by telling us that Wanda was paper train when she was not

The whole process was relatively smooth. I would say arranging transportation was a little frustrating. Billing came in for transport without anyone calling or communicating in any way. I had questions I needed answered before I was willing to pay for the transportation. The Pawrade customer service was supposed to be available until 11pm EST, but we called at 8:30 and could not get through, and at 9pm EST it was telling us they were closed. I was getting texts that I would lose the puppy, even though she was fully paid for already. This was within 48 hours of completing my purchase. I would suggest to make that part of the process a little more clear. I had been told initially transport would be within a week and then told it could take weeks to set up. There should be one message and then if you close customer service at 9pm EST then it should not be noted that you are open until 11pm EST.

The process for adopting Olivia was fairly simple. Texts were normally answered in a reasonable time, but I called several times and the calls went straight to voice mail, I only was able to speak to a live person once. I was given a general location for pickup, which would've been a 4.5 hour drive. The day before pickup, I was given the exact address and that extended the drive to 6.5 hours. I think given the distance, the exact address would've been nice to have at least 2 days in advance. The only other minor detail, was that the harness that was given was way too small for her. That's the reasons for 4 stars instead of 5. I would recommend and will use Parade again

They had good communication

My initial experience with Pawrade was great. There was a constatnt dialog between myself and Pawrade. Closer to the delivery date I did reach out to 2 people that I had been dealing with on questions regarding the puppy food and the sugar supplement but NEVER heard back from either of them. On the eve of the delivery I received a txt with the ETA delivery time. It was at that time when I realized the puppy was being delivered via transportation van service travelling approx 1600 miles. I was never updated that the puppy was no longer traveling via plane which is what I initally paid for. The next evening I received constant contact with the driver to let me know his ETA. It was raining when he arrived and I was handed the puppy which was wrapped up inside his coat. I also received a folder with the puppies paperwork. When I previously spoke to Pawrade I was told that I would receive 3 days of food and a few other goodie things for the puppy. I had also sent a request 2xs to get recent pictures of the puppy. NONE of the above happened. It almost gave me the feeling that once my transaction was complete the books were closed.

To be honest best company I ever interacted with lovely just wow amazing

We love our Maltipoo puppy. The online portion of the process was painless. The online support staff answered all of our questions and concerns. It would have been awesome if the timeline for delivery was known soon after payment and if they had a way for us to track his voyage. When we were notified it was little more than a day before he arrived. He was dropped off clean and happy. His documentation and microchip info were with him but the online support was not aware of this. Those documents should have been scanned and emailed as well.

We recently welcomed a new member to our family! A 9 week old boxer pup! Working with Pawrade was super easy and everyone was very helpful. Always reassuring us when we needed it. Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because we are not thrilled with the transport service used. Our pup picked up some things along the way and now needs a round of antibiotics. Nothing that isn’t treatable, but still not ideal. Other than that… Pawrade was great! We are so in love!
