Hi Kelly! Thank you for your kind remarks on our staff. We take a Puppy First Approach and require every single puppy pass a Veterinarian examination before they are allowed to depart the breeder. There are a few cases here and there where a puppy will undergo stress when leaving mom and develop adverse ailments. We have a Health Guarantee and will work directly with your Veterinarian to ensure Abby receives the appropriate care. We will also conduct a thorough review on how Abby was transported to see if there are any improvements that could be made. Enjoy Abby! She's an absolute doll 🥰

Tim, we are sorry to hear Ruby didn't arrive in perfect health! Puppies, just like babies, can and do get sick occasionally. We think our record speaks for itself when it comes to delivering healthy puppies. Make sure to submit your vet paperwork to PetPay so we can ensure you are covered by the health guarantee.

Hi Therese, our support staff does not operate on the weekends unless there’s an emergency and handles inquiries in the order in which they were received. Our puppy concierges however are available from 9am to 10pm every day of the week to offer assistance. We have since been in contact with you regarding this issue and were able to provide the correct health certificate that resulted from human error. Our apologies for this mistake from the breeder's veterinarian, however I am glad we were able to get it straightened out for you. Additionally, we are happy to know your new puppy Athena is happy & healthy according to your vet!

I have reviewed your transaction and I see your puppy JayJay was supposed to be picked up on 9/5 by one of our transport providers, unfortunately on 9/2 we were notified the driver tested positive for Covid-19 and the transportation had to be cancelled. As a result of the cancellation, we worked with you to find the best possible alternatives to get JayJay delivered as soon as possible. We provided you with 2 options, move the delivery of JayJay to 9/12 at no additional fee, or we could have JayJay picked up on 9/4 (one day earlier than previously planned) for a private transport at an additional cost. You decided to go with the private transport and we got JayJay delivered to you earlier than originally scheduled! We sincerely apologize for the troubles, Covid-19 has made it a challenging time for all of us, but we are delighted to hear JayJay arrived happy & healthy!
