My $5,000 puppy looked as if he was from a puppy mill my vet said. He had severe itching and dandruff, he did not get fist shots (life threatening neglect) he had ear mites and in poor shape and he reeked. Vet also said must have been fed poor diet. It was pathetic, the company does not really check the breeders out. He continues to have skin problems which maybe for a lifetime,The vet who checked him prior to flying was a quack and lied about pups condition.

We received a puppy through this company and was told the pippy had a clean bill of health. We got our puppy checked out in the 72 hr window that they allot. Our vet found a non-reducible umbilical hernia. We will have to have it surgically repaired. The breeder’s vet did not include this in their report. We contacted pawrade and found out that The comprehensive health guarantee is misleading. We went back and forth with their Health guarantee Manager, Joey Walsh and we ended up at thay they would provide us with up to $150 for the puppies umbilical repair. Of course the quote is way higher than that. Buy with caution from this company. The negative reviews that I ignored are valid. Just shop directly with a breeder, cut out the middle man. Our vet recommended our pup have the hernia corrected with his neutering. Will follow the veterinarian’s advice. The fact that Pawrade has replied to our review stating that following the vet’s recommendation is financially irresponsible is a testament to their customer service. Please reconsider if you are planning on using them. Also stating that you all have compensated me is a lie! The puppy is only 4 months old, he hasnt even been neutered yet, so there has been no surgery had. Stop the lies.

We purchased a new puppy through Pawrade because we had to put our older boxer down. She had angiosarcoma. I read that Pawrade only deals with reputable breaders so we ordered a beautiful new white female boxer.The new puppy came. She was beautiful.She was small, but I didn’t think anything of it. In looking at her paperwork that came with her, although everything said she normal but she was actually 50% below her expected weight at 4 months. She was still small at five months So we took her to the vet. The vet ran bloodwork and found something wrong with her kidneys. We took her to the vet emergency room. They told us she had renal dysplasia. We are taking her to a specialist here in the next few weeks. We want to confirm the diagnosis. I called Pawrade, but did not hear anything back. I did a search online and found the breeder had been sighted in the past multiple times for infractions with dogs by the state. I don’t think the breeder was fully vetted by Pawrade. We love her. She is a joy. We are going to keep her. We are going to give her the best life possible. It just makes me very sad. She will be dead in a couple years. I would caution anybody who buys from Pawrade to do their own checking before purchasing.

Purchased a puppy December 18, they were really quick to respond to questions. Now that the purchase is complete no updates as to when the private nanny will be flying him here. I’ve sent messages, no response. I realize it takes time to line travel up but an update would be nice so we could plan. I wouldn’t buy from here again. Kind of regretting using this service and wish I’d have just found a breeder elsewhere. As pawrade has replied saying we have a date scheduled- that is not true. No date for delivery has been scheduled. The date the nanny wanted to schedule was in the middle of a family trip. We are still working on a date for delivery. Taking away another star- got our puppy January 25, puppy has a cough (probably kennel cough). I FINALLY received the breeder info upon arrival and looked them up. It looks like a freaking puppy mill! They breed a bunch of different kinds of dogs, not normal for a regular breeder. I’m really disappointed and would 100% not recommend using Pawrade.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I purchased a puppy and signed a contract. Then 2 days later they contact me to tell me they sold her to someone else. Worst experience ever and now I have a devastated daughter. DO NOT TRUST this company

It all started good, but as the process progressed it just went downhill. The purchase process went fast and convenient. Once they received the payment, communication stopped. I had to call for ANY info. getting the breeders contact info was heavily guarded. ALSO, the pictures they use and the stated age is played with. Our puppy was supposed to be a teacup Chihuahua. stated age was 16 weeks, the picture was of the puppy at about 6 weeks. Yhat was because they said the dog would not get much over 3 pounds.........when we picked him up, he weighed 4.3 lbs. Back to the secrets, we are in North Carolina.....the puppy was in South Central Florida. Approx 700 mile journey. we were told that when all the paperwork cleared, they would give me the breeders contact info. They called me 2 days BEFORE with info stating all paperwork is completed, we were scheduled to pick the puppy up. I was in South Georgia before they released the breeders info but I had to get upset with who I FINALLY got in touch with.....THEN they acted like I was bothering them. I will NEVER buy from Pawrad again. The puppy was listed for close to 3 grand. Once the paperwork was completed with their "service rates" it ended up costing me close to 5 grand. I said that to say this, the breeder was a nice older lady and she told me that she would get $1000 for the puppy. I mean really......$4000.00 in service fees. NOW imagine this, we get to the breeder and the puppy was bigger than we expected. There is no refunds for misrepresentation of the puppy. for all intensive purposes, now we have a normal sized dog where we thought it was a teacup. Not cool. you sign contracts when purchasing.......basically (in the words of my grandmother) you are buying a "pig in a poke". Don't do business with Pawrade, find another avenue to find your puppy. added 12-22-2024 in addition to reply to Pawrades response below. I do stand corrected on the price I paid, I was incorrect and it was $4200.00. BUT the breeder told me she only received $1000.00 for her part of the transaction. ALSO, she was willing to sell his brother to us for $1000.00 because that's what she would receive from Pawrade anyway. (not that I even wanted him, but I did inquire about him). So that still leaves $3200.00 for service fees But Pawrade is lying when they said Bora (the listing name) was listed as a standard pup, He was in FACT listed as a teacup......I have a screenshot of the add (unfortunately, there is no way to attach a picture here) but if you wish to challenge this, just email me for the proof). And they say they put you in touch with the breeder so you can make an informed decision......that's a lie as well. You MUST pay for your choice before any info is disclosed to the buyer. I still stand by my statement of BEWARE using this service....extremely shady. AND I have to direct you to ALL the negative reviews on here.....I find it hard to believe that SO MANY feel the same way but yet we are inaccurate. Again, I urge you to ask for a copy of the add......I'll be glad to send it. I just regret I didn't do BETTER research on this scam before I fell victim to it.

PAWRADE IS A PUPPY MILL SCAM! What a JOKE of a company! I have bought multiple puppies over the years and have a dog currently, I am not new to dogs by any means. Long story short the communication by pawrade/petpay was terrible. I wasnt able to actually talk to the breeder. The dog was listed as available to go home as of Nov 1 so when i purchased the dog I thought it would be available right away, not so much. The dog couldnt be delivered until Dec 1 and they didnt tell me until after purchasing. The dog was also $4,000 for a belgian malinois which is over DOUBLE what any other reputable breeder charges, that should have been the first red flag but the puppy looked so cute I looked past it. That is only where the problems began. The puppy was supposed to be picked on Nov 28 and was not picked up until Nov 30, of course no one called me to tell me this. Anyway the puppy FINALLY arrives Dec 1 at 9am and my fiancee and I are both so excited! We feed the puppy a full meal, take it outside to play and potty then come back inside to rest and we give it a couple treats. Once the puppy finished one of the treats we go to take the remains away and she snarled and aggressively bit my fiancees's hand to the point of drawing blood and needing stitches! After this I think well maybe it was just a puppy miscommunication, these things happen. Not so fast, I scold the dog saying "NO biting" and go to pick her up to put her in the crate and she then bites me really hard to the point of drawing blood. It was at this point I started thinking something was very wrong and this dog must have been bred by a puppy mill or possibly horribly mistreated by the breeder who knows. I waited 15-20min for the puppy to relax and tried to pick the puppy up again and it again arched its back, snarled, showed its teeth and bit me HARD again!! Drawing blood AGAIN! This is all in just about an hour of having this puppy so I message the breeder at 10am that their puppy has bitten both of us and she said its not her problem and to contact pawrade. (What a thoughtful caring breeder right?) So I contact pawrade and I tell them I want to return the puppy because clearly something is wrong. Ive had many puppies over the years and NEVER had a puppy bite so hard and show such aggression for no reason. Pawrade sends the driver to pick up the puppy and proceeds to tell us that it is somehow our fault that the puppy has bitten both of us to the point of drawing blood, its our fault she snarls and shows her teeth etc and refuses to give even a partial refund. So now between the $4k pet fee, tax and shipping two ways im down $6k with multiple dog bites and stitches to show for it. PAWRADE / PETPAY is a JOKE of a company and I will NEVER ever forget how poorly they treated us. BEWARE
