Pawrade was wonderful paying very careful attention to detail regarding every step of the entire process. We have a very well socialized puppy who is very close to being completely potty trained in under a week. He slept through the night last night (although I did wake him at 2am and he did need to go out) and is learning quickly about his new life. We picked up the puppy personally and was very happy to see that it was a “hobby breeder”, no puppy mill! The company vets every detail and is very quick to reply when questions come up. I have already recommended them to several friends.

The team support and step by step process they follow and transparent communication made the process very easy.

Everything as expected and promised including the delivery. Very big on contact and follow up and directions step by step how to handle the transaction and what to expect when the puppy arrives. Very good so far it’s still early but they did what they promised!
