after reading horrifying reviews, my experience with Pawrade was great! My puppy arrived totally happy and healthy and ready to play! They made the process as easy as can be, explaining everything along the way and getting any question we had answered! Would definitely use again!

We received our new Sheepadoodle, now named Magnolia (Maggie) in great shape. Her delivery team from Puzzle Piece Carriers were great and communicated continually throughout the two day trip from Ohio. She is happy, healthy and beautiful! The overall Pawrade experience was good, although I would have liked it to be a little more transparent with regards to the actual breaded information. I was able to determine the breaded and check out their State records after some internet sleuthing but it would have been better if this was disclosed by Pawrade. Other than that we are over the moon with Maggie.
