We had a good experience with Pawrade. Unfortunately the puppy we received was not the puppy that was advertised on the site. I asked for specific things on the puppy and they assured me she was what I wanted. She was not a calm, sweet puppy at all. We love her, and we hired a personnel trainer to help us with our new puppy. After 6 weeks she has come a long way, but we feel that she was not described correctly in the original advertisement. When I questioned Pawrade about this, they just said she was adjusting to the new environment, but it was more than that for sure. We love our new puppy, but we don't feel like they communicated well with us on this puppy!

My Yorkie, Kai, arrived safe and sound. Pawrade was helpful in getting appropriate information to me. My vet weighed him at 2.5. His teeth are underdeveloped but already with light exercise, a healthy diet, lots of love and fun play, his true Yorkie personality is emerging. Pawrade went the extra mile when there tech issues in paying my travel costs. I can’t express how much that meant!

Puppy is healthy and doing fine.I don’t like that you Have to get met life insurance or your health guarantee won’t be honored. Too much paperwork.

I am so very glad to have made my puppy purchase through Pawrade. My Yorkiepoo is just what I was looking for and more. She is a fast learner, loves to play and is healthy as ever. I can tell she comes from a reputable breeder who provided excellent care and love. My puppy is very curious, social, loving and smart. She definitely keeps me busy but she also knows when it is time to take a nap. Her travel nanny was absolutely wonderful. She was informative and helpful and my puppy arrived so clean even after a long flight. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of lack of communication almost every time I called with questions before my puppy arrived. No one answered the phone, so I would leave a message, and still no call back. I definitely experienced a problem with customer service. Also, I found the site online to be confusing between Pawrade and Petpay. But overall I am overjoyed with my new puppy and everything eventually worked out. I love my Yorkiepoo!!

The only issue I had was slow communication (from breeder, not Pawrade), and waiting for our puppy. Everything is self explanatory, and if I had any questions, they were answered. You really just have to be patient. Our Chalupa came to us as sweet as ever and is a total dream with the perfect amount of sass to fit in with our family. We love him very much. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to find the perfect dog!
