Hey Bailey, Thank you for choosing Pawrade. We are so happy to hear that you are pleased with your new furry family member. All of our pups are vaccinated in accordance with the requirements for the state in which they are bred. This may differ form your state. You are correct that a pup is not fully vaccinated until 16 weeks typically and we make it very clear in our literature and communications that you should not expose your pup to other dogs, the dog park, the pet store, etc. All of our pups are also transported by USDA licensed professionals in vehicles specifically upfitted to transport puppies and also inspected by the USDA. We make every effort to make sure you pup arrives happy and healthy. We are sorry to hear that your pup arrived with Giardia. As you know this is a very common parasite and is typically easily treated with a 5 day round of medication. Be sure to submit all your vet docs to [email protected] to open a Health Guarantee claim and we will get you taken care of.
