The manager Dan talked the breeder out…
The manager Dan talked the breeder out of the transaction. Just because I had concerns like if because they were chihuahuas if they could get vaccines reaction and other concerns about vaccines in a 1lb puppy. If the the boy's testicles didn't dropped down if I get any kind of refund or any help with it. I asked if I could have breeding rights and the breeder had said yes. Somehow they talked her out and they canceled both puppies. Then the "manager" Dan (have never seen someone being a manager and behaving like that) was accusing me of supposedly using someone else to buy the puppies (I don't even have a clue). So disrespectful and he kept saying it. She dare to say she has transparency when she talked the breeder out of the transaction. The other employees were very nice (Jessica, Donna, Ashley, Reagean) but there's a little lack of communication. One didn't know what was going on when calling me. But no biggie because they were very kind I do admit that I should've done a better research on what UABR registration was. That was my fault and I own it and I apologize for that one. But what they did to me was very sad, unfair and you should be able to have concerns and questions when you're paying 8k for dogs. He treated me horribly. He was the one who wanted to cancel me, not the breeder. Update: it's not true what they're saying. I only had 2concerns/questions for Pawrade to ask the breeder. If puppy male was chryptorchid what would happen and what guarantee I would get if the testicles didn't dropped. The other thing was if vaccines could be spread out or lower dose to a 1lb puppy and when they said no I stopped and accepted what they said (I am not against vaccines, I just have experience with chihuahuas having seizures after getting multiplevaccines at a time). Then Dan brought up the topic of the vaccines again. That's when everything happened and the excuse was that I was going to breed them when the breeder gave me breeding rights. But if she didn't wanted me to breed them I would have respect that, spay/neutered and show them proof. I told them that and they still took them away from me. Instead of calling they do everything through a chat. My frustration was more with the process, things that were not clear to me and they showed it to the breeder. I did NOT changed anything. From the beginning I was clear but no one had an answer and another person called me and they had no clue what I was talking about so I had to explain it again and again. Then supposedly they canceled me because I was going to breed them although the breeder gave me breeding rights and everything was okay. Please don't fall for what they're saying. Now we're very heartbroken with everything for the puppies already bought 💔 and they sold the puppies to someone else (puppies are not replaceable). I only asked for things that anyone would ask if they're paying 4k per puppy. Also they don't allow communication with the breeder. People can interpret chats the way they want. This is a business and of course they will never accept they're wrong. I accept that in the UABR registration I was wrong by not educating myself. It is extremely wrong, unfair what they are saying and very hurtful.

We are sorry that we were not able to help Gynna adopt a pup. But, unfortunately, her version of events posted here is not accurate or fair. We made every effort to accommodate her large number of very specific, ever-changing requests. The fact is that the breeder, understandably, became frustrated with the ever-changing requests and decided that it would be best for all involved not to continue with the adoption. We wish her the best in her search for the perfect pup for her.
