We do our best to make sure things go smoothly and do all we can to correct things that go off track. We will be looking into exactly where the miscommunication occurred to be sure that does not happen again. In fairness sometimes pups will take a couple steps backwards when they have their routine broken by going to their new home. Hey Doris, we are happy to hear that your liaison was responsive and efficient. And we do understand that there are varying levels of tech savvy with folks. We do our best to make everything as stress free as possible but there are a lot of moving parts in getting a happy healthy pup delivered to its new family. We do typically provide a GPS link for our buyers so that they can see exactly where their pup is during transit. We do appreciate all feedback so that we can make adjustments to further improve our processes.

Thank you for the feedback and review, Mr. Mogensen. We're sorry that the notification on your sweet puppy's condition was done within a short time before travel, however that falls in line with our breeder regulations to ensure all puppies are seen and receive a full head-to-tail visit securing the puppy is fully reviewed and cleared to go in transit. Once we were alerted to the hernia, we called you to make sure you knew and were ok with this pre-existing condition. We included a $200 refund to cover any surgical costs that may be incurred by this minor condition. We pride ourselves on being upfront and transparent on any and all conditions with our puppies. We would never want a puppy parent to be surprised, however we can only inform you once we are made aware which in this case, was upon full completion of the total review of the puppy. Our policies and procedures along with the Health Guarantee are geared towards our Puppy-First approach, putting the puppy's health above all others. It is to ensure that the puppy provided is fully vet checked and provided a body review and to make sure our clients are fully aware of all issues, if any. Our Health Guarantee backs that up if anything is missed. Kinsley's Health Guarantee will still be in place for the full 3 years for any undetermined issues that fall within those guidelines. We are unclear as to why you felt you were on the "hook" to make this right. We hold our breeders and our company accountable, so we pre-emptily gave you a $200 refund to cover the costs associated with this station should the condition not correct itself. This is typically around $150 additional for this procedure to be surgical repaired when spaying. We thank you again for your feedback and review, however as stated, we would never send a puppy out without ensuring your awareness, and with your signed Pre-Existing Condition form and the acceptance of $200 for this condition, we considered this matter closed and properly resolved. We do hope Kinsley is acclimating well to her new home and wish you all well during this holiday season. Pawrade Team

We are sorry to hear that Frankie is struggling a bit with potty training. sometimes pups can be doing really well but get setback a bit during the transition to a new home and family. Hey Marc, I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive video of Eli. I will be following up with the breeder to address this failure. Also please remember that Eli is still very young and also will possibly be feeling insecure after leaving his home and family and transitioning to yours. I'm certain that as he grows and matures you will be seeing more of the outgoing personality and amazing intelligence that Belgian's are know for. I also will bet that with your care, patience, and encouragement his confidence will blossom and he will be all that you expect.

Hi David, We are so happy your Timothy is doing so well adjusting to his new home. We are sure he is making himself right at home with you. 😍 While we understand the concerns with travel, when selecting an option of travel from Indiana state to Colorado state, we do provide only the best options that would be available for the puppy. For snub-nosed breeds, like Timothy, Pampered Ground keeps them out of the air. Obviously the Airpanion would be through flight and minimize the travel time since there are several states between you and your selected breeder but we do leave this option up to our clients, where available. Our third-party transporters do travel other puppies going within a route however they have specific rules and regulations to protect our pups including separate units for each pup except where they can travel with another puppy from the same breeder. This is to ensure they aren't exposed to anything new from another puppy from another breeder. This is for all seasons. While your pup was traveled in fall, they are in temperature controlled vehicles and when snow or ice or any obstacles come into play, the transporters take best measures to protect both themselves and the pups onboard. Our verification process is also a subject that is very important to us as it protects all parties, including sweet Timothy. There are too many scams and fraudulent purchases happening in our world today. We go through our process to ensure the party that is reserving the puppy is truly that person. We do not want our pups to end up in the wrong hands. Of course, we are here for you even in the aftermath. If you ever have questions, please reach out and we will be sure to provide you assistance.
