Your puppy got stressed, that's it. This is definitely NOT the fault of Pawrade. Your puppy was checked by an accredited, licensed Veterinarian and issued a passing health certificate with a clean bill of health as required by law and required by the airlines. This is a GOOD thing!! If you paid any attention to all of our educational training with regards to new puppy ownership and the stresses a puppy endures when leaving its environment, mom and littermates then you would understand your puppy simply got a little stressed out in transit. Every ailment you mentioned is considered stress induced and is covered by our health guarantee. We will make sure your puppy is taken care of and the health guarantee covers you.

Steven – I hope this finds your puppy Graham doing better.  We are sorry that your puppy took a turn for the worse after you made us aware on January 20th  that Graham was doing great.   We then heard from you on January 21st that Graham developed a cough. At that time you were advised to send any and all veterinarian documents to [email protected] so that the Health Guarantee department could review them. On January 25th you contacted one of our employees as well as the breeder to discuss what was going on with Graham and again on that day you were asked to send the veterinarian invoices and diagnosis documents to [email protected] for the Health Guarantee department for review purposes. Unfortunately, they were never received. We pride ourselves on our Health Guarantee and the review process which we absolutely will do for you and your puppy Graham. You may still file a claim at anytime from within your PetPay account. Once you send the documents over, we will review them in accordance with the terms and conditions of the health guarantee to do a fair and accurate assessment of what it covers in regards to your claim.   We support both buyer and seller and ensure both parties abide by their respective contractual obligations.   We apologize for the oversight in regards to the steps of this process however, we do indeed have protocols that must be followed which includes evidence in the form of veterinary documents for a claim to be processed. We hope to have the opportunity to make this situation right by having the opportunity to conduct a proper review and initiate a claim, but first require you to furnish the veterinary documentation for our review.
