My dog Roxy is a shelter dog, who I love dearly but who has been suffering with seizures for the last year. I’ve learned about a particular genetic disorder via online groups, and was curious whether she held the gene. Our neurologist has ruled out so many things, so it is just idiopathic epilepsy at this point. Your test made it possible for me to rule out one more possibility, and the price point and convenience are exceptional for a consumer like me to be able to determine the outcome without unnecessarily incurring cost at the veterinarians office. With respect to the service, I received the kit very quickly, and also received the results very quickly after sending it back to you. Finally, for the breeders out there, the ability to print a certificate certifying a dog’s health is a wonderful benefit included in the cost. Obviously that’s not necessary here for me where I’m dealing with a spayed dog from the shelter but I’m sure it’s an extremely valuable add-on for many people.
