They never sent me the test results or sent me an email prompting me to go and seek the result online. I had to go back in my credit card logs to refresh my memory as to whom I bought the test from and go to their website to finally get the result that had been ready for several weeks.

I was sent the testing kit promptly. Everything was explained very well for the testing & was very easy. And the results came relatively quickly. Testing is important!

Not all genetic companies test for BOTH of the merle variants, ex. "m" & "M". Lower case m, means the dog is not merle versus M, means that the dog is merle. It IS possible for a dog to carry and throw one or both of these variants. Before testing, be sure the company that you're using, tests for Both!!
