I really appreciate the selection of available tests as well as the information available to provide information on each thing being tested. I am impressed with the customer service provided. I have used PawPrints for several years, and they are always available to answer questions and to consult with customers regarding the results.

I have been running genetic testing through pawprint for the last 6 years. They have always been prompt and timely until this order. I was honestly a bit disappointed with the lag time. I understand that some circumstances are outside of their control, but they also have an obligation to stick to their standards that they promote. I may give them one last chance on the next litter but if this happens again, I will unfortunately consider changing companies.

I sent 7 samples in for a litter of puppies. I called before I ordered kits and was assured the testing could be done in the time frame discussed. I received the results for 6 of the puppies testing. I have called twice to try to get the last pups results with no success. I feel like I’m getting the run around. Besides your company not performing the tasks requested and paid for in the time frame agreed upon. This litter will be going to new homes and the testing is a big factor in that. I have used your company for many years and many dogs testing. That will cease at this point. Failure to perform and lack of customer service.
