Extra long time for results compared to previous tests. Ordered feb 24 and still waiting on results on apr 16.

Testing was simple. Tested for what my breed needed tested for and now all the extra stuff that has nothing to do with my breed of dog. Results easy to read.

I can’t read my results. I’ve send 2 emails asking about it with no response. Very disappointed 😔

Had always used PawPrint in the past. Took more than twice as long as initially said to get back time sensitive results for a litter. Not much help at all when calling. Seems to be a theme in reading back through reviews with recent change of ownership. Hope they figure out how to get back to the way it was.

In all experiences over the last few years the employees of PawPrints have made each experience very pleasant. Always very helpful whether over the phone or be email. Blessed to have all my dogs listed as Clear and explanations as how this decision was arrived at in terms that the average person can understand. Love the Panels that are put together for the different breeds also. I continue to highly recommend Paw Print Genetics to other Breeders.
