Very fast and helpful

Receipt of swab kit was fast. instructions on how to use were clear Tests were completed within the time frame. 4 stars as I had to re-do swabs: 1) they did not inform me they needed more from a dog that was in their database. 2) the dog I sent in I had to re-do, my suspecion is something happened to the kit at the lab as I had tracking showing it delivered, a due date but didn't get results. They had me swab both dogs. They did make it right with fees/credit.

Fast and reliable test results

They are normally timely. Are willing to connect you with a knowledgeable technician to explain the results in everyday language. They help you to feel knowledgeable and in control.

Happy with my experience. The original was tainted and the customer service was A+. Thank you. We’ve used your service in the past and will surely use you again. This was the only time we had any tainted but they handled it lovely

Timely. And professional

As someone who spent their career in the clinical laboratory, I was impressed with the turnaround time and the quality of the report.

It took too long to get results. Once I emailed support, the results came almost instantaneously
