The customer service is amazing! I know now that the vast majority of their services are on line, or by phone. I showed up at their office as i was in the area. I had a very nice representative meet with me. He was very knowledgeable. Then a genetics veterinarian came out and spoke with me explaining some of the tests. The same geneticist came downstairs and swabbed my chocolate lab. They love this work and like to share that with us pupper parents. I highly recommend their two method testing, and personal interest.

Long story short; bought the wrong test; co. already had the test prev. on my dog; clicked the wrong button; tried to obtain a refund of sorts; nothing offered; tried to speak with the CEO not available, a lot of my time wasted & 80.00 gone. I will be meeting with my dogs reg. club president in a few months & plan to tell her of my experience with this company.
