Best customer service I have ever had! I'm a new breeder and have a lot of stupid questions and they always are very friendly and helpful. I will highly recommend to my friends and fellow breeders.

I ordered tests for my new standard poodle pup and the kit came in less than a week. The directions were very clear and easy to understand. Dropped it in the mail and in less than 10 days I had confirmation that they were working on my results and a few days later I received the reports!

Always quick and excellent service! I can count on followup to my questions, additional research, and advice when I've needed it. Orders, reports and results are easy to find and the PPG website is well organized.

I used the panel of tests for English Cocker Spaniels by Paw Print Genetics for the first time a couple years ago. The customer service aspect was and continues to be top notch. Since the last litter of puppies we had, a couple questions in the inherited traits area have come up. A simple email on the topic resulted in a phone call, nearly immediately. WOW. I was given a comprehensive review of the respective topic and what I could expect. In these cases, I was relieved there was no cause for concern. Jerry Mayer

Generally, this is the best service for genetic panels. In the past, I’ve received calls about my order and discussed with a geneticist that can explain to me any questions I’ve had. All of my interactions with the company have been wonderful and easy except for this last order of mine. I placed an order, they told me they had enough sample on file to complete it and I waited two weeks before I called. Once I called, they said, “oh, we sent you an email.. and called you!” Nope, I check every single one from paw prints and I had no communication about my order from them. They then inform me that they didn’t have enough to test my dogs and needed swabs. They didn’t send out a swab kit, instead told me to go to the store and buy a certain kind of swab and send it in. I was NOT happy that I didn’t have proper communication about this test I was trying to complete within a quick timeline. I spend thousands at this company every year-I really hope this is a one off because I do love going through PPG and I don’t want this to continue to happen. The part that frustrated me was that there was no apology, no compensation or rushing of my order. Paw prints, I hope this isn’t how things will continue to be. I pay a lot of money to get subpar service and attitude with your customer service representatives.
