Paw Print GeneticsReviews of pawprintgenetics.com

Paw Print Genetics stands out as a company with exceptional customer service. They go above and beyond, always meeting, and often exceeding, expectations. In all the years I've dealt with PPG, I've never been disappointed, and often been extremely grateful for the lengths to which this company goes to offer top-rate service and build customer loyalty. I also appreciate that they work hard to create customized testing for a multitude of different breeds, and that they partner with breed clubs, and keep lines of communication open, and offer substantial savings to their members. Since Paw Print Genetics arrived on the scene, I have stopped dealing with other labs altogether. In some cases, I could get results quicker and cheaper with another company, but I prefer the over all ease and consistency that I get with Paw Print Genetics. This is a great company that has truly become a cornerstone of my breeding program. I highly recommend Paw Print Genetics to any breeder who wishes to DNA-test their breeding stock!

I was pleasantly surprised by the ease at which a panel of genetic tests could be run. The test pack arrived quickly. The instructions were clear and made the collection process almost intuitive. The results were available sooner than expected and they were easily to understand.

This is the first time I have done these genetic tests on my dogs. I liked the format that the test results came in, and also that I could post information about my dogs on this site.

I have nothing but good to say about Paw Print Genetics! They are awesome. Incredible customer service and they know what they are doing!

Then when shipped back they are always quick with results usually they have your results back before the expected date. I love how they will double check any result if you ask them to.
