I received my testing kit quickly, it was very easy to follow, and after mailing it in my results came quickly too!

I really appreciate Paw Prints! From the very first phone call their service was exceptional. He explained to me why their product is superior to the competition. The geneticist also spent a lot of time with me answering questions. I had trouble with placing my order so a customer service rep did everything for me over the phone and was very thorough! They were pricey-er than other options but they regularly run promotions that give you a fair deal. The test results came back fairly quickly and were easy to access and understand. I had more conversations with a geneticist and they explain things so well and are very friendly. They even answer all my genetic questions outside of tests I’ve ordered. Five stars! 100% pleased with Paw Prints and I’ve already told 2 people about my experience and definitely plan to keep doing so. Thanks guys!
