Horrible experience and problems still unresolved. Confusing customer service, never answered my questions, wasted my sperm because I did not know how much they needed and I still don’t know how they wanted me to send it. I will never use them again. And in order to post their review I had to agree to their terms and conditions, so not even sure if anyone will read this.

Easy to use cheek swabs with clear instructions and an overall easy process that took a total of 2 weeks. The only thing I wish Paw Print Genetics would provide is an emailed Certificate PDF to be printed or better yet, mail a nice certificate on cardstock with each dog's results to be displayed !
