I have not received DNA results for my Springer Spaniel, Beau. DNA Kit #213601, with notification of your receiving the Swab/Brush Kit as of 11/11/2024. Tomorrow, Monday, 12/1/2024 will be the 3-week mark from 11/11/24- with no results! Your stated 14-day wait for results would have been Monday, 11/25/2024, days before Thanksgiving! No word from you. The Puppy seller, and me, the Puppy Buyer are patiently waiting!!!

Results were not done when promised, and I am still waiting on results! It’s unethical to promise something and not deliver!
