Good service. However, asked for a rush on an order. Didn’t receive the rush. If this isn’t available, please state this outright. Otherwise all good👍🏻

With orders we are able to request a rush through our lab but it is not always guaranteed due to the nature of our testing and the amount of samples we might be processing at any given time.
