Submitted samples, waited two weeks only to be told at the last minute I needed to send a better sample. Sent that sample and had to wait another two weeks for results.

recently got a new australian shepherd puppy. wanted to test for MDR1 before giving any kind of worm or flea meds. she was 8 weeks when we first tried to test her. was not the easiest thing to try and achieve successfully lol :) they called and asked if they could send a new test cause our first attempt wasnt valid :( thought it was awesome that they called and sent out a new test free of charge!! the second test was a success thank you so much!!
