Delays
I sent the sample and after waiting the full term I was told it wasn’t good enough, so I had to redo everything. Resend ( at your cost) but still have to wait the 14 days again for results.

I was pleased with how thorough the company was in making sure that the results were accurate. It ended up taking longer due to some issues on their end but they kept me updated with what was happening. I would definitely recommend and also I will be using in the future.

Would have been 5 star if there was no delay
I sent my DNA there because there doesn't seem to be anywhere in Australia that tests for weak furnishings. There was a delay for some reason and I didn't get my results for about 2 weeks past the estimated eta completion date unfortunately. I needed the results so I could work out if I should breed my batch or not. Unfortunately the delay meant I missed her heat and will now have to wait six months to do the mating. I emailed to clarify the results once I had them and received a response very quickly which was great, that part was wonderful.
