Very quick to ship test kits. Our first attempt was not successful and they promptly notified us there was not enough saliva to do the test and put another test kit in the mail at no charge. Very unexpected but appreciated. Happy to say we did it right the 2nd time and received our results promptly.

My test results came in earlier than expected. I called into customer service to ask a question and got the answers I needed! I’m please with the service. The only issue I did run into was selecting the dogs to be tested when I placed the order. The scroll down menu was very delayed when selecting the dog to be tested.
