Recommendation from local vet

When I phoned to express an interest in which DNA test to use the gentleman was very polite, patient and professional and answered my questions quickly and fully.

Super helpful with getting my order updated and very kind.

I absolutely love and trust PPG 1000%. PPG educates me when I don't understand anything about my dogs genetic testing. I'm never made to feel dumb no matter how dumb I might feel my question is. When I have had a need to get a test done ASAP for one of my dogs, PPG has made it happen. Everyone is professional and kind. There may be cheaper facilities out there, but cheaper doesn't mean better. I love the peace of mind knowing PPG goes the extra mile to verify accuracy and quality of their testing. I plan on sticking with PPG for as long as I have dogs. And when I'm too old for that, I will continue to refer PPG to everyone I meet.
