Fast and easy, excellent customer service!

Been using this company for years. What I like is the quick turn over to get fast results. Love their forms and how I can link a test to a specific dog because they have a place on their form that actually ask for a microchip number. My friend used another company and they didn’t ask for any microchip number, nor was their a place to put one. One can easily get test results back and confuse them. So if you want professional results and know for sure they belong to a specific dog, use this company.

What’s not to say? They are fast, give great explanations on the reports, and able to answer questions in a timely manner. The only thing better are the sales.

The kit arrived quickly. The test was easy. The results were only about 10 days after company received the swab. Good job!
