Excellent customer service
Redacting my previous review after explained the correct way the company conducted business. I was immediately emailed with correct information. The company was very compassionate with needs.

We're very sorry to hear about your dog suffering. Our scheduled visits aren't designed for urgent prescription needs. For emergencies, our 24/7 medical team is available to provide immediate guidance and help find local urgent care. We understand this was distressing and we're sorry we currently do not offer such service.
