Five-Star Care From the Comfort of Home
We recently used Pawp when we were really concerned about our dog. He was acting completely out of the norm — vomiting, limping, very lethargic, and he also had a small wound from a fight with our other dog. On top of that, he was hiding from us in our room, which he never does. That’s when we knew something really wasn’t right. We were worried and unsure if we needed to rush to the emergency vet. Ashley was absolutely awesome. She responded in a timely manner and took the time to carefully review all of our concerns. She asked us to send pictures and a video so she could better understand what was going on, which made us feel like she truly wanted a complete picture of the situation. She asked thoughtful questions, explained possible causes clearly, and gave us practical next steps to monitor him at home. What I appreciated most was her calm, professional, and reassuring approach. When your pet isn’t acting like themselves, it’s scary — and Ashley really helped ease our anxiety while guiding us step by step. Overall, Pawp was convenient, supportive, and very helpful during a stressful situation. We’re so thankful for Ashley’s care and would definitely use their service again if needed.
