I am incredibly grateful for this app and the veterinary service I received tonight. The vet I worked with was amazing and answered all of my questions clearly, thoroughly, and professionally. I’ve actually had this app for over a year but had never really used it. I originally thought it was just something neat to have, and I would occasionally use it to do a wellness check for my dog. Today, though, she wasn’t feeling well. I was looking on Chewy, trying to figure out what I could do for her, when I remembered I had this app and decided to give the veterinary service a try. I am so glad I did. The experience was absolutely wonderful. The vet answered every question I had, helped me understand what I needed to do, and made sure I had everything taken care of. Best of all, it didn’t cost me a single cent. I could not be more impressed with or grateful for the help I received tonight.

How fast they get to you and how patient they are with getting info from a pet whose wondering why you're chasing them.

Explained what she recommended I do and in what order as well as let educated me on what signs and symptoms warranted taking my girl in for a physical exam rather than being dismissive or over the top. Now I know what to watch for, what steps I can take and what I can do to keep Honey comfortable.

I used the “chat with a vet” feature to get advice on my 11-year-old cat who has lost a lot of weight and is suddenly acting like he’s starving all the time. We’ve changed his wet food and he’s very enthusiastically eating it and we’ve increased the number of times we’re feeding him wet food but I was worried that I needed to rush him to the emergency vet in the middle of the night. I was able to send pictures and the vet I talked with, Danielle, said he needs a wellness check, not the emergency vet. His annual visit is in November so he’s just going a little early and Danielle told me what information we’ll need to provide for him to get a thorough evaluation. Like many people, our pets (a Corgi and the orange tabby tyrant) are our “children,” and they are well indulged; my 16-year-old cat passed in January so we’re a little more anxious about our orange boy and the ability to chat with an actual vet and get guidance and reassurance is priceless! Especially since we’re on a fixed income and while we’re absolutely going to the emergency vet if we need to, it’s an expense we’d have to juggle our bills around to pay, and the emergency vet is about 45 minutes away; my husband doesn’t like to drive at night and I’ve stopped driving all together for the safety of everyone, so I’d have to wake up a friend to drive us - that’s a problem harder to solve than the money part! I can’t recommend this app and service enough!
