The vet tech who assisted me was kind, caring, knowledgeable and patient. At a time when stress was high, she worked with me to help me figure out what was going on with my dog. She had helpful suggestions, and even formulated a care plan for how best to help my dog. This is the greatest, most helpful app I've ever used and I would recommend it to anyone!
