Each time I've checked in ( 4x so far), the vet helpers are great. They answer all of my questions and give me the option of further care which comes at reduced price. The vet visit that I paid for ($35 video consult) was supposed to be 10 minutes long, but the vet talked with me and helped me for 45 minutes with no extra charge. Ultimately, my dog is facing end of life care, but it was nice to have a place to solicit professional and caring advice included in the cost of the Walmart+ home program.
