There is absolutely no reason to use this service. They can’t provide and subscribe medications beyond 14 days and there’s conflicting information about whether they can even prescribe them at all. They don’t tell you upfront when you join that if you do want to have a consultation about medication’s for your pet that there’s a $30 fee. They say that they have 24 seven service but when there’s an issue, it takes at least one to two business days to get a response business days meaning so over the weekend it’s gonna be more like 3 to 4 days. You cannot speak to a live person. You’re welcome to speak to a bot. This has been a total waste of time 100% frustrating there is no point in using this company whatsoever. My recommendation is runaway find something that actually is worthwhile

Do NOT use PAWP! THEY ARE CROOKS!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I HAD CANCELED THE SAME DAY!!. I DID NOT USE THEIR SERVICES AT ALL!! MY DOG DIED FROM CANCER!! Wish I had looked into reviews for Pawp before I started paying for their emergency service. Their customer service is CRAP. You can't get a hold of a live person, and the "chat" is ridiculously slow to respond, if they ever do. They refused my claim for "missing documentation" but they didn't tell me WHAT was missing. So I'm in the chat right now, and "Tess" told me they'll submit my case to another department, which will get back to me in 4 business days--by then, my claim will have been rejected! I want my money refunded IMMEDIATELY.

Each time I called they have zero Advice except you should see a vet. Total waste of money! I thought this would be giving pet vet advice! But they are techs and know nothing!

They had my negative review removed so I'm writing it again. This company is a total scam....they roped me in several years ago when they were paying the vet bill upfront and then suddenly changed their business model and tried to prevent me from getting a refund. Stay away! You will waste your money and find it difficult to go with another company if your pet has been diagnosed with any conditions as they are considered pre-existing.

Seriously slimy company. They will tell you they sent a renewal notice via email but I searched and found nothing except the cancelation confirmation email. I signed up through T-Mobile and did forget about it but they were pretty rude and unhelpful when I tried to chat with customer service about it. I just said I didn't remember signing up and asked for a refund. Lesson learned. If you're thinking about signing up, DON'T! Actual Chat log: Agent: Hi (my name)! Per our Terms of Service, we're unable to provide a refund for membership fees under any circumstances. No prior cancelation request was received nor processed prior to the charge date and time. They lierally will not assist with connecting my Wallmart + membership with my account. Terrible customer service and they only text. What kind of company does this? Answer your phone. Don't waste your money.
