I chatted in after my Corgi sneakily ate Buccee’s beef jerky while we were asleep. The vet researched and helped structure a plan to get my pup’s gut back to normal. I was warned of the possible best/worst case scenarios, and recommended a probiotic to help with healing. I was invited to chat back anytime if her condition changed and reassured that her and the Vet team were there to assist me anytime.

Mika was awesome with Jojo’s issue. Very attentive and helpful to resolve her issue.

It was confusing at first and maybe that was because we didn’t know what to expect. It did turn out well in the end. We were able to get a prescription for our dog’s ear infection. I would recommend Pawp to other pet parents.

This interaction with a vet was a short wait and just the information we needed. We shared photos and a video of our cat so that they could see exactly what the issue was. Our concerns were covered thoroughly and a link was sent to us to order the medication we need. Totally satisfied with the experience. And one of the greatest things about this is that our cat, who has horrible anxiety about being in the car AND going to the vet, was able to avoid both and stay in the comforts of home.

My Vet was double booked today so I wasn’t able to talk to him or even get an appointment so it was very nice to have this option to get information about my dog’s condition. She was so helpful and reassuring.

The vet I chatted with was wonderful. My cat has a hurt leg and I have been freaking out and trying to get a vet appointment as quick as possible. She helped me run some checks on him, sent me videos on the steps to do so if needed. Asked for pics or video (which were simple to send through the app), reassured me with calm communication and banter, explained the things I could do for him now to keep him as comfortable as possible until I can get him to a vet when they open. Simple and easy process and I feel a LOT less anxious now that I have a bit more knowledge of what’s going on and what I can do.
