We had a scary incident with our senior Pomeranian where he suddenly was not himself. He was slowly “coming out” of whatever was happening but we were still concerned and living in the middle of nowhere, we were hoping to get a handle on whether we should take a 3-hour drive to a very expensive emergency vet or not. Thankfully my Pawp provider was quick, knowledgeable, and helpful. They gave us some answers and options and we avoided a trip to the vet that we really can’t afford, at least for now as long as he isn’t getting worse. The app is simple to use. It was a text chat with an LVT, and was easy to add a video when requested. The “expected questions” section helped prepare me better for the visit. I would totally use Pawp again and recommend this service and the provider on call.

A 3-hour drive to an emergency vet at midnight with a scared senior Pom is not a decision anyone wants to make lightly. The vet I spoke with was very knowledgeable on what was going on with my dog after I provided the information and pictures she advised me what to do and what not to do and if it gets to a certain point to take my dog to a emergency pet place. Very helpful for not having to leave my home to be able to talk to a licensed veterinary to help determine what is going on with my dog! I definitely recommend there services it can be very helpful in a time of need!
