Different doctor associates makes a difference
I had two appointments yesterday. The second appointment was with Nicole. She was fantastic. She explained in full detail what could be wrong with sister who is a kitten. She explained how to watch for symptoms, signs, etc. She was empathetic sympathetic and she really cared. Thank you, Nicole.

Nicole clearly made an impression, and it's not hard to see why. The way she walked you through what to watch for with your kitten, symptom by symptom, shows exactly the kind of thoughtfulness we want every pet parent to feel. Grateful she could give you and your little one that kind of support.
