My puppy did t get the care I thought she would get had a broken paw and they told me it wasn’t an emergency

Hi Raul, I'm sorry about your pup's broken paw! The emergency fund is meant for life-threatening emergencies, where your animal requires immediate medical attention, at most within 4 hours. This situation was not deemed as such and was therefore not covered by the emergency fund. Please let us know if we can help clarify anything else!
