Waiting was far less than projected. The vet was kind, thourough, and very helpful!
Response from PawpAug 10, 2026
A shorter wait than expected is always a nice surprise. Kind, thorough, and helpful covers pretty much everything we'd hope for in a visit, glad it came together that way for you and your pet.

Bethany was helpful and professional. This is my first time using this service. I’m glad it’s available!

Bethany sounds like she made a strong first impression, professional and helpful is exactly what you want when trying something new. Glad to have you with us, and hope your pet is doing well.

The wait was only 20 minutes on a Friday night. The vet was able to provide guidance on my dog’s swollen eye.

Twenty minutes on a Friday night is not bad at all, and getting real guidance on a swollen eye right when you needed it makes that wait worth it. Glad your pup got looked after so quickly.

She was very caring patient and kind. She took time to listen to my concerns and give guidance and direction. It was my first time using the app and I would definitely recommend.

What a lovely first experience to have. It's wonderful that she took the time to really listen and walk you through things clearly, that kind of guidance makes all the difference, especially the first time around. Thank you for giving Pawp a try and for the recommendation.

This was my first virtual vet visit ever and I didn't have high hopes, but the virtual medication visit we just had was incredibly informational and minus the stethoscope, it felt like a real in person vet visit. The cost of the visit was super reasonable and the convenience of doing it from home was awesome. My dog hates the vet so this was far less stressful for him (zero stress actually, he had no clue what was happening). I am so impressed and would absolutely recommend this service to anyone else.

Walking in skeptical and walking out impressed is quite the turnaround. Minus the stethoscope really says it all, that's the bar for what virtual care should feel like. And zero stress for a dog who normally dreads the vet? That's its own kind of win, maybe even the bigger one here.

The Vet (Kim) that I spoke with was great. She took her time to speak with me. Was ok to hop on video. Shared some really insightful information about the "play bow" that I wasn't aware of as well as the proper way to implement the touch command to be used for potty. She provided detailed information regarding the Neutering process to help me prepare because I was really worried about it, as well as the medical benefits of it. She also provided some back up research and reading material for me to review in my own time to assist me with navigating being a new puppy parent. The time she took with me today has already paid me back for subscribing to the Pawp service. Thank you to Pawp and Kim for this opportunity

Kim clearly went above and beyond here. Hopping on video, walking through the play bow, the touch command for potty training, easing your nerves about neutering with real medical context, then sending reading material on top of it all, that's a lot of ground covered for one call. New puppy parenting throws a lot at you, and it sounds like she met you right where you needed it. We'll make sure she sees this.

I highly recommend pawp! I’ve been using them for a few years now and in between visits with the in person vets and it’s very helpful to have them helping take care of my fur babies.

Been with us for years and still finding it worth the recommendation, that says a lot. Pairing us with your in person vet visits sounds like exactly the balance we hope pet parents find. Your fur babies are lucky to have you looking out for them like this.
