Really grateful to have found pawp. I have an ark of critters and texting with a vet versus going to the office is so helpful. It was just a bee sting, but so nice to not leave the house to find out how to treat.

The best decision I ever made!
The best decision I ever made for my baby Bella, may she rest in peace. Patrick handle my claim quickly and with great empathy. I don't think I could have handle this without them. The on-call vets are very caring as well.

Your wallet will thank you!
I was researching wellness plans for our two girls and Pawp kept coming up in my Facebook feed so I decided to check it out. It seemed like a great safety net for the unknown and at $19 a month for both dogs, I thought why not? I signed up and I’m so glad I did, the day that our grace period was over, one of the girls had vomited while I was gone taking my son to work. The vomit had a lot of blood. I did the chat with a vet and took the required video and sent that to the vet. She advised to keep my eyes on her and that she needed to go to the vet within the next 24 hours, she was critical but stable. The vet said to reach out if there were any changes. A couple of hours later, she had bloody diarrhea that was mostly blood. I chatted again with the vet and sent her a picture and she authorized the emergency fund and advised to take our dog to the ER immediately. Our dog was diagnosed with HGE, she was admitted and stayed the night. Her bill was $1853! The pet hospital would not call Pawp so I had to call them and ask if they would call the hospital and they did. It took about 10 minutes and the hospital had refunded my deposit of $1200 that I had to leave the night before. I highly recommend this emergency fund!

Every Pet Owner Should Have This.
Pawp is an amazing service. I’ve used them for months with general health advice for my 2 dogs. 1 week ago, my older dog had an emergency. Pawp activated my emergency fund within 5 minutes of communication. Sadly, we lost her at the clinic. While we said our goodbyes, the clinic dealt with Pawp for the payment- they said it was effortless and very pleasant to work with them. Pawp emailed me to check on my dog, and I informed them that she had passed that day. They then sent me an e-card and mailed me chocolates. Hands down, the best online pet service ever.

The advice my vet gave me was perfect!!
The advice my vet gave me was perfect! This was the first time Ari had ever been sick so I was quite anxious. The vet eased my mind and gave me simple, clear remedies. Ari was feeling better within 24 hours! I will absolutely recommend Pawp to my fellow pet owners!

While we sadly lost our sweet girl…
While we sadly lost our sweet girl Nala, I am grateful to have had the help of Pawp during our time of need. Nala had been battling mediastinal lymphoma for the past few months, and began to decline quickly. In just a few short days, she had stopped eating and lost interest in doing her favorite things, including going for walks. The day Nala was admitted to the hospital, she had declined severely but we weren’t ready to say goodbye without one last fight. Once Pawp pre approved our visit, we had one less thing to worry about — how to cover the additional expenses. We had already paid over $3,000 in previous emergency room, vet bills, and meds, and could not afford to pay that amount again. Ultimately we had to say goodbye to our fur baby, and was overwhelmed with grief. The same day, the hospital called to finalize our bill, refused to accept a 3rd party payment, and would not refund our credit card, as we were required to pay 75% of the bill upfront. However, Pawp fought to get them to accept payment, remained compassionate during our time of loss, and took care of the problem. The hospital eventually apologized for the “misunderstanding” and refunded our card. I am grateful for all that Pawp has done and would recommend to anyone.

Great costumer service
Great costumer service, my lil man got sick an I forgot to let a pawp vet know first an took him straight to the vet hospital. Unfortunately after he was hospitalized the pawp vet couldn’t activate my emergency funds but informed me to contact support an they could help me. Sure enough they helped a lot paid have the bill of the visit an I took care of rest. Great an fast response would recommend to others.
