I have a 4 week old puppy that mom neglected and I have been bottle feeding. the puppy ended up hurting his leg and unfortunately I didn’t have the money to go to a vet without assurance that I needed to. The vet I was assigned was super helpful in explaining all the possibilities of the injury as well as medicine I could give to aid my puppy. I was told to monitor my puppy for 2 days and if no improvement I should take him to the vet. Within 2 days my puppy was great! Talking with the online vet allowed me to save a ton of money in vet bills, I definitely recommend coming here before paying a lot of money for questions you have.

My fur baby had eaten some medicine he wasn't supposed to eat and I was worried that we may have to have his stomach pumped, when I talked to the vet they reassured me that everything was fine and to follow some instructions they gave me and everything turned out just great. My fur baby is doing just wonderfully thanks to the vet, and I was very reassured.

It’s the best $19 I’ve ever spent. Just to be able to talk to a veterinarian 24/7 is all I need. I have 3 dogs on the plan. I’ve already called 2 times. Im very happy with the service. This does not replace pet insurance.

The vet on the video chat was amazing I was panicking and frantic about my dog coughing she told me exactly what she thought was the problem there was no immediate danger to my dog. Gave me some things I can do to help my dog. And then if it didn’t work take him to a vet! Was fast and amazing

My dog had an emergency so I first contacted Pawp and showed them a video when the vet requested it. She was having respiratory problems and it was determined an emergency. Then I called my vet and explained about the situation and the insurance. My vet treated my dog but requested a deposit. My friend gave it because it was returned that day and Pawp covered the whole bill. She had a collapsed Trachea and an enlarged heart, plus infection. She is on proper medication, diet and prayer. Doing really well! Thank God for your plan and help. The veterinarians are very helpful with insight and advice also, and this was handled in a good window of time. Following your procedures and the veterinarians’ is very important. Thank-you!

I have used the 24 hr vet chat line twice now in the two months I have had pawp insurance. I love it and it provides great peace of mind.

They were absolutely wonderful in my time of need for my cat. The only thing I found a bit frustrating was them wanting me to get off the video call with the vet and send a video of the cat. After I was able to do that the process was smooth and simple, payment was made to vet as they promised and my cat is on the road to recover. They acted swiftly and were kind and caring throughout the whole thing.
