I have only had pawp for a month and have not had a life threatening issue yet but for me the $20 per month is worth it for the ability to immediately speak to a vet or vet tech about any issue that may come up where I may be unsure if a vet visit is needed. I found this emergency coverage after I spent over $2k on an emergency visit for my oldest cat just trying to determine if her life could be saved and unfortunately it could not. Next time I have a true emergency, my cats will be covered and in the meantime I can speak with a vet for free anytime I need to.

I highly recommend using pawp. I have 4 pets and this is the most reasonably priced insurance. The doctors are so helpful when you’re having an emergency. It’s great to have them on my side anytime I have an emergency, which has happened a few times now!

Brand new customer here - had a late night weekend sudden emergency with one of our dogs - did the FaceTime with the PAWP Vet and got approved to take our dog to the emergency vet. It was so nice knowing that bloodwork and IV medication was going to be covered. It let me focus on my dog and not stressing about the cost. He was diagnosed with HGE - hemorrhagic gastroenteritis - he is fully recovered now. The $500 bill was covered and I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the service. My Rottie went for an hike an injured her leg. She seemed in pain but it was a Holiday so everywhere was closed so I needed to get an experts opinion fast . After I explained everything she went through a series of questions. She had me do a few things to see how my Rot would respond. After we went through what she said she assured me that it wasn't an emergency but our Rot would need to be seen within the week to make sure she didn't need x-rays or meds. It let me sleep easier knowing that our precious Rottie was going to ok.
