Qi and the pawp team are incredible! I had to use my emergency fund and Qi assisted me through everything. It was such a relief and my cat survived and the bill was taken care of immediately. Victoria was just SO amazing and SO helpful with my behavioral concern I had for my three rescues! She provided some excellent pointers and gave to me a BUNCH of related articles of which I've printed, read and highlighted. The family has already begun to incorporate some of the training and doggie "brain game" suggestions. I decided to try lick mats (they LOVE these) and some vet approved natural supplements to help my dog Gracie feel more calm and secure. Pawp has been a life saver!

My intention was (is still) to leave a review about Pawp on several sites, once I became a little less flustered at all that has been happening with my furry baby girl. Seeing as Review Request is included in the my latest Pawp Chat Transcript, I will be happy to share, even though it may not be as detailed or comprehensive as I would like my review to be. Although I have used Pawp a couple of times this last week and was pleasantly impressed on each occasion, based on today's interaction with both "Julie B" (over text chat) and with "Danielle O" (over video chat), Pawp went from 'impressive' to AMAZING!!!! I originally had issues connecting from my laptop to my camera which was a bit frustrating, but the Licensed Veterinary Care Techs were patient with me. I opted then to use my phone, and the video chat went through to Danielle O, without a problem. I cannot say ENOUGH good things about Danielle O. She is a person who exudes kindness and patience ... Kind of the type of person we alI WANT to (or at least should want to) BE. She was kind, considerate of what my pet and I were going through, she was knowledgeable, kind, informative, caring, respectful ... I could go on, but I am about to cry, as my dog is still not well after a couple of vet visits. In fact, one of the vets we visited in our area days ago, could honestly learn SO much from the lovely people I "met" today "at" Pawp. The veterinarians at Pawp, or at least the ones I have spoken to there, are truly worth their weight in gold! In closing, I know, (at least I hope), there are those who love their pets as much as I do. To them, without reservation, I would recommend Pawp in a heartbeat. ------------------- UPDATE: Our dog, who was severely ill - to the point of me having to feed and water her with syringes - has made a FULL recovery in terms of eating and drinking and playing and going 'potty' normally. She has put on a little of the weight she lost, and we're expecting her too be at 100%, in no time at all.

My sweet girl got into a fight with the neighbor's dog and her femoral artery was severed. After I applied a tourniquet (yes, bad, but at that point I cared more about her life than her leg) I did the video chat thing on the way to the emergency vet and they immediately activated the emergency funds. We made the 45 minute drive in 20 and she made it long enough for them to get an IV and other stuff in her and they managed to keep her going for a few hours but she had just lost too much blood... She didn't come home. Nothing can bring her back, but at least Pawp covered 3k of the 5k (I requested full measures - do absolutely everything I don't care how much it costs). $2,000 is a little easier to swallow than $5,000 when you've already lost your beloved dog whom you raised from birth. My mom nearly succeeded in convincing me to cancel last month; I can't even describe how thankful I am that I didn't. Worth every penny. I can't recommend Pawp enough.

Call back was really quick, very friendly!! It was nice to get advice with a free week trial!! I love my girl and don't want her to suffer and you can't usually just talk to someone with at least $65.
