Scammers. I’m convinced the only way they generate income is by slyly renewing people’s annual subscription from a free trial for $99/year WITH NO WARNING. And ‘no refunds with no exceptions’. The service itself is useless you’re much better off paying around the same or slightly more for your actual in person vet. Worst service ever. They lie and say they send you a warning prior to renewal but the last email I can find in my inbox from them is from MAY meanwhile it just renewed without notice in OCTOBER. Makes 0 sense. I have utilized the service 1-2 times during my free trial and was basically advised to go to my vet anyway! Waste of time and money! You sign up for a free trial thinking why not try it for free and forget about it due to its uselessness until a year later when you’re faced with a annual subscription charge with no warning. Now I have to find a way to dispute this charge with my bank as I cannot afford to be paying $100 for a service that I DONT EVEN USE AND IS COMPLETELY USELESS AS A WHOLE. Don’t even consider a free trial, let alone buying from them.

I don’t even want to put one star but have to in order to write about my experience. I have never used this service and will ensure to tell everyone I know doesn’t either. They hide behind emails and what must be bots in order to avoid problems with their lack of customer service. This started as a free opportunity with T mobile which turned into a charge of 99.00 the following year they said they sent an email I never got it and reached out the day the charge was made on my account…then had to have three email that were useless. Pawp should be thawt cause they take money for nothing...Even in there reply here they have no resolution in mind just an opportunity to take take take congrats PAWPS you are officially a scam in my book

A total waste of money !! Didn't help me at all on the first initial trial and still had to pay lots of money for a vet, Please don't waste your money here!! And I cancelled my membership only to be charged anyway and not offered a refund!! So basically I paid for NOTHING!!

Like the others that have reviewed recently, Got the free T-Mobile trial, time ended and charged me $100 and say they are "not able" to refund. BS You refuse to refund. Call it like it is. Don't BS your customers.

I tried out this company a year ago for our pup and it was a mediocre experience. I felt like it was all about money and never about pet health so i turn off auto-renew and move on. A year goes by and they renew for $99! I asked for a refund due to never using the company but they refused with no resolution My original feelings were confirmed how they only are for money and not pet health. Never use them!

Horrible customer service -- membership was auto renewed and immediately on the day of the charge showing up, I decided to chat with Pawp. I got agent Matt who states they're unable to refund whatsoever. Now i'm stuck with a service for $100 until October 2024 that I will never use. Have never heard of this from any other company. if this is the level of service they provide when cancelling, imagine the customer service when you actually have a claim. I signed up and never had to use them but now with this, glad I didn't put any weight into this service actually being beneficial.

Downloaded the app a year ago as a trial and never once used it then was charged $99 yesterday for renewal when I didnt even use the app and customer service refuses to refund me. They just copy pasted the same reply over and over and then stopped replying. Just checked and i am locked out of some services i was forced to pay for since my auto renewal is off. Scam app

After using the service in November of 2022 I realized it was not worth the cost and promptly canceled my subscription. Fast forward to this month October 2023 I received a $99 charge on my credit card. I went back online and realized it still showed my membership active which I canceled again and reached out to customer service who informed me I would have to provide proof of cancellation. Mind you they do not send emails of confirmation so I had no way to show proof. I tried to work with them on it but after realizing the customer service department wasn't there to help customers I have decided to file fraud on my credit card and let them know I would provide reviews to prevent this from happening to others. Make sure you take a screenshot when you canceled the service otherwise you'll end up fighting. They do not send verification or cancellation emails. I feel like they do this intentionally so that even if you do cancel you have no proof to show them. I hope others are taking notice. They refuse to refund me and I have contacted the better business bureau and filed as fraud on my credit card.
