Dixie was gasping for breath. It's hard to explain. A chihuahua having a panic attack, but it wouldn't stop. She just couldn't calm down and get a good breath. I finally decided it might not be a panic attack. What if it was something else? I contacted pawp. The vet immediately wanted Dixie on video. Of course, that's when she starts breathing normally. The vet was so kind. Checked a couple quick things and just told me to watch her. Said to video Dixie and call back if it happened again. It was such a relief having pawp there to consult. I know they would have taken care of my baby if her breathing hadn't normalized. I haven't needed my emergency fund, but this morning showed me the value of having a vet right there for me in an emergency. I will be a member as long as I have dogs.

Great advice from the Vets, going through issues with my 5 month old puppy concerning seizures she's been having. Got great advice in the medication and dosage she is receiving. I almost had to use the emergency funds, but thankfully the seizures subsided and took her to the vet on the next available appointment. Thank you for this company. You are helping so many pet owners.

Great information from someone who really cares.

So I've had pawp for 6 months and was still a little skeptical about the emergency fund being a real thing. I can assure you, it is. My baby has epilepsy and last night had 4 seizures, one of them being almost 5 minutes long. We called the emergency line on pawp and they activated my fund within minutes of me telling them the situation. I went to my nearest emergency pet hospital where they treated him. The bill ended up being almost $1,000 and pawp paid all of it. Not a dime out of my pocket. Thank you so much pawp, without you guys, we wouldn't have been able to afford the care he needed at the time. Highly recommend this company. I promise it's not a scam.

Please give us something to show our vets that we have insurance if not I'm going to cancel the insurance.Can you help me, I don't like paying for something that I have nothing to show the vets please help .
