Same as many others, scammed for $99 thru T-Mobile. Didn't even know i signed up for it. And to make it even worse actually had a Vet emergency that was $2K and could have actually used it, but didn't know I signed up for it. The company said they send an email reminder of upcoming bill, well that doesn't help when it goes straight into Spam folder. What a joke of a company. Reply to reply: So I am to whitelist an email that I'd didn't even know I signed up for since going thru tmobile and seeing what the app was all about. Than a year later getting charged $99... doesn't make sense.

SCAM! DO NOT DOWNLOAD! THEY CHOOSE FOR YOU! Requested to cancel membership, that was signed up through the T-Mobile tuesday deal, the day after being charged $99 (I get it had to be cancelled before renewal). Only used it once at the beginning of the trial (2022) and was asked generic questions by the telehealth vet (did not request any photos or videos of my pet) then recommended to visit veterinarian. Never used it after that. My point is instead of compromising and canceling all services, as requested, you are going to keep/steal my money (fixed income!)? @PAWP do not bother responding with pleasantries unless it is followed up by a refund!

Tried to get a refund but someone named Benjamin said per their terms they cannot refund me. Are you kidding me?! Any other company would be more than willing to refund their customer even if they cancel it after the promo period. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!! YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!

I will be giving bad reviews through any websites/review site I can find Update: they keep saying they sent an email but that’s not true. I never gotten an email. Will escalate this issue with my credit card.

SCAM!!! Like many reviews I have read, I signed up for a free trial through T-Mobile Tuesday. The app did not allow me to stop auto-renewal. I also didn't see a reminder. After I found out my credit card was charged $99 dollars for a membership fee, I immediately contacted Pawp through their app. I had to wait for two hours to get a response. Then I could explain why happens via slow chat. There is also no way to call them. I have never used any service since I signed up. They just didn't want to refund my money. If the customer is not satisfied with the service, there is no way to even have a partial refund. How could I trust a company like this for medical advice? I also don't think it is easy to claim emergency funds. Please NEVER subscribe for the membership. You will be very disappointed. As a loyal T-Mobile customer, I am also very disappointed with the phone company. THEY SHOULD NOT WORK WITH PAWP.

Terrible company, did a trail with T-mobile and everytime I tried to use the service they recommended I reach out to a local vet because they can't give prescriptions in my state (CA). So no point in having the service. They charged my credit card $99, as soon as I saw it hit my account I send a request to customer service to cancel and provide a refund. Automatic email sent that no refunds are possible. I have never had this issue with any other subscription service, awful and not willing to work with you.

Complete scam. Had a one year free membership through T-Mobile Tuesday which adds itself to your apple subscriptions which i canceled within a week of starting it last year. And i find a charge on my account yesterday fro 99$. As a disabled gentleman who already has an insurance for my working dog. I can not afford this as i am on a limited income and they claim i had to cancel on the app. So their scam is if you cancel on apple subscriptions, which is all you need to do, and somehow don’t know that despite deleting the app, you have to find a way to cancel within the app, they will charge you anyway

I paid $99 for a year subscription. I tried using it a few times and was not happy with the service at all. I called within days to cancel and they would not refund the subscription. They truly do not stand behind their product. Not an honest company. Please do not make the same mistake that as I did. They replied with a standard BS answer. Stand by your product and issue a refund if people do not want your subscription. Be a good company.. instead you are a fraud and true scam artist.
