Treat you like friends
To be a bit personal I have had quite a bit of medical issues in the last year or so so I have become very adept at the ordering process and the online living experience I live alone with my dog who had to live with someone else for a while but thank goodness she's been home with me for quite a while now as I am doing much better but my point is you get used to having to order everything and depend on people who on this online sites and I will tell you that I don't believe I have ever dealt with a company that paid more attention to me spent more time with me answered my questions worked with me when I explained that I was buying a gift and but of course now I'm buying for me and my Molly but at any rate I cannot tell you how nice this company was to me they would have conversations with me they would try to explain what the product did I was having a very difficult time with my dog with all the thunderstorms and lightning that we were having here in Florida this summer and my dog was suffering terribly even with prescription drugs which you have to take far in advance and how do you know when you're going to need them at any rate I go on too long but I cannot express enough my appreciation for this company and for all the different people who talk to me and spoke to me and explain things to me you cannot go wrong with them thank you so much

Hey Sherry, Thank you for this. You called us friends, and that's exactly what we want to be for the people who order from us. I'm sorry you've had such a hard year with your health, and I'm really glad you're doing better and that Molly is back home with you. Having her there with you again matters. Florida storms are hard on a lot of dogs, and it sounds like this summer was hard on Molly. You're right that the timing is the tricky part: storms don't give much warning, so anything you have to give hours ahead is tough to get right. Thank you for trusting us with her, and for taking the time to write all this. We're here whenever you need us, for you and for Molly.
