The jewelry is not only well made but there is every breed imaginable. It is sometimes hard to get the breed of dog I have and especially in a mini of the breed. The customer service is great letting you know that your jewelry is currently be made by designers and when shipped. Will definitely buy this product again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING PERSONALIZED PENDANTS ON THIS SITE! I have two very old animals, a small dog and a cat, and they are sick. I go to veterinarians all the time. I have severe depression and heart problems. My man wanted to please me, he ordered a pendant in the form of a small dog on this site. The pendant was supposed to be named, but he misspelled my dog's name, however, he almost immediately wrote about it on the website and asked to fix it before they started doing the work. They promised to take this into account and when they start work, then make the right inscription. BUT THEY DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING! One letter is not written correctly, there is no second letter at all! As a result, it turned out not a name, but a meaningless set of different letters! The parcel from this site took a long time, the pendant just arrived and I just saw it from the photos, because I am in another country. I have to receive a package from my man, in which he was supposed to put this pendant. I thought it would bring me joy, but instead, complete disappointment, tears, apathy and new pains in my heart! I thought that a little later we would order another cat pendant here, but now I see that nothing can be ordered here! They absolutely do not care what you get from them for your money and how you will feel at the same time! They themselves will not wear the pendants they have spoiled, but they send it to you without a twinge of conscience! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON THIS SITE! BUT IF YOU STILL WANT TO ORDER SOMETHING HERE, THEN BE SURE TO ASK THEM FOR PHOTOS OF THEIR WORK WHEN THEY MAKE INSCRIPTIONS ON YOUR PENDANTS!!! I thought I would write a very good review on this site when I received my pendant, but unfortunately I can't write a good review here. I'm just writing the truth as it is!

I love my personalized necklace and pendant with my beloved pet's names. I ordered two pendants to fit on one necklace and it's perfect. I especially appreciate the way they hang separately and the way the necklace length can be easily adjusted. Seeing my two pet's names within a sweet Westie dog silhouette is very emotional and heartwarming.

I love the bracelet & charm. I want MORE than one dog on it and I did not get the opportunity to order more than one. I feel you should give a customer the opportunity to order more than one when placing the original order.

It never came. It says it was left in the mail box on the tracking but it was not.

No only is the necklace I bought super cute but the customer service from Amanda was A++++. Great company!
