I loved the design but the chain is thin. The design of the chain makes it constantly loosen up and fall off. Fortunately, I have not lost it but kind of afraid to wear it for fear of losing it.

The charm is great, but the necklace it comes in will not stay on and three charm doesn't fit in another chain. A different clasp would be soooo NYC better. Can't really wear it After original review for problem with the chain I was contacted to rectify the situationand a new chain was sent. The response and desire to fix the problem is appreciated. Hoping the chain stays on this time.

I was excited about ordering a necklace for my girlfriend in No Carolina since she just recently lost her Boxer of 18 years. I ordered it on December 4, 2023 and was assured that my order would be here before Christmas. I got an email from Amanda that they were having trouble with the courier. I sent an email back saying I needed by December 21 so I could mail it to No. Carolina to be received by Christmas. Then I got another email saying they were remaking my order and probably would not be here by Christmas. I requested a refund and all I was given was a $30.00 gift to be spent with pawbau and still have not received my order. I explained to Amanda that this ruined my Christmas and had to find another gift to mail to No. Carolina. I sent an email to the company and to Amanda two days ago and no response so far. To say the least I am very disappointed.

Extremely disappointed in the quality. The pin clasp became loose and broke within a few days.

It took a little bit to receive the item, but she kept me updated all along the way. I was blown away when I saw it. I got the necklace for my daughter for Christmas and I know she’s going to love it!! They did an amazing job; well worth the wait.

I love the necklace my husband bought me from you! It's just beautiful. My sweet dog will be with me always.

Great pendant my girlfriend loved it, she loved the bag it came in also :)
