I have had such a poor response from…

Fri 13th update. I was contacted by head of customer relations They have now offered a refund But i have had the same problem. Several emails asking if i accept a refund. But every reply i sent accepting a refund i get another asking if i accept !!!! I have no idea what they are upto other than stalling !!!!!!! ................ I have had such a poor response from there so called customer care. Same script every time I asked to refund £38.95 charged for the following month subscription. Once you trial started subscription. Then after a month jumps from £15 to £38.95. Onthe day they charged me. I contacted them i didn't fit the criteria for a refund. I emailed about 15 times at the least. Explaining the situation over and over and got script reply straight away. They have no real customer care just script after script. Avoid avoid.they only interested in money. Quick to take then refuse an honest mistake and didn't realy care. Mr D
