The chat function is great
The chat function is great. Charlotte was really knowledgeable and understood my dogs ’issues’ straight away and provided me with personalised guidance/lessons.

Pay attention to the monthly fees
They tell you to sign up for a single fee but later on you will discover that they are charging you 5 times as netflix every month. And you can't cancel your membership of course. EDIT: Customer service didn't hesitate to reach out and was extremely helpful and cooperative. I modified this review to reflect that we parted without any bad feelings.

I had a good experience chatting with… Taylor
I had a good experience chatting with Taylor and he was able to give me some good insight to my dog Mandy and he was able to give me some good suggestions on starting on a quest to improve her behavior. Hopefully these will work out and we’ll be on our way to happier life.
